 Art Addictions Inc., which opened it's doors late May in 1996 by Matthew Wagg, has always tried to set itself apart from the stereotypical tattoo shop. From it's conception it has catered to everyone from bikers to university students to nurses all the way to judges, the police force and lawyers. The shop has always held safety as its top priority. With a sterile environment and strict code of conduct their clients are always reassured that their concerns are attended to first.
Art Addictions Inc. works closely with the Region of Peel Health to break down some of the stigmas associated with tattooing and piercing and to educate members of the community who might be looking toward tattooing or piercing as a way of individual expression. It is the belief of Art Addictions Inc. that the best way to protect yourself is through education. Tattooing is permanent and because of that it is important to make sure that it looks the best that it can and that all health risks are minimized.
The price tag for the smallest tattoo starts at $50.00, with the cost depending on colors, detail, and size the final piece. Customers can choose from hundreds of designs that are displayed in Art Addictions Inc. or you can submit your own designs or you can have the artists design one specifically for you.
